Mark Davies is a co-founder and Board Member for Kleio Ventures LLC. As an active board member and company executive, he is a member of the senior management team
In this role, Mark works with the other management team members, working on all existing projects due diligence of new opportunities. With Mark’s previous expertise he leads many of the for operational implementations and due diligence activities for Kleio Ventures LLC.
Mark started Kleio Ventures LLC in mid-2011. His career to date spans over 25 years of experience working in the IT and business fields. Before joining Kleio Ventures LLC, he was a founder and CTO for Virtual IT LTD, a UK-based IT outsourcing company. Overseeing operations, he was responsible for the day to day operation of the company as well as being a member of the senior management team that set the overall strategy for the company.
Prior to this, Mark held the position of VP Business Development Europe at Primus Telecommunications, and also Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for PSINet Europe. He has also served as a member of the senior management team in several large, multi-national companies.
Mark attended the University of Waterloo in Canada where he obtained a Master of Sciences (Chemistry) and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Computer Science).
Mark’s combination of Business acumen combined with technical excellence makes him a most welcome member of the Kleio Ventures LLC team.
